This is made of a rich forest green soft velour, it has lots of gold dots all over the skirt as well as single gold sequins stitched on.  It has a wide zardosi worked hem and is quite heavy. 

It has been worn and is in ex con with a metallic gold tassel to secure and zip.

It has a wide interfaced lining and is preloved in very good condition.
