Returns & Refunds
- We'll refund most items as long as they're returned complete, unused and in original packaging with tags intact, within 14 days of receipt. Pierced jewellery can't be returned due to Health and Hygiene Regulations.

- It's your responsibility to package and label returns properly.
- Keep your postage receipt and get adequate insurance for the value of your return. We can't take liability for items until we've received them in full.
- We don't offer free returns, so return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns outside our policy terms (where your statutory rights don't apply) may not be refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt, back to your original payment method. No refund showing up? Email us at sales@IndianSuitCompany.com.
- EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. This doesn't apply to items sealed for hygiene reasons (swimwear, pierced jewellery) once the seal's broken.
