Peacock Blue Silk Vintage Lengha Skirt And Dupatta - Preloved

The lengha skirt is crafted from pure peacock blue silk, featuring a full design that adds a touch of sophistication. It is adorned with gold sequins, braids, fine dhabka embroidery, and glass beads, creating intricate detailing on both the front and back. Cream appliques provide a contrasting element, further embellished to complement the overall pattern. The belt section of the skirt is slightly different in shade, adding a subtle variation to the design.
Dupatta is made of fine chiffon, this is contrasted with a cream appliques and has the same embellishment work all over. The outer edge is trimmed with a gold and pearl bead trim.

Preloved in good condition with some signs of wear (dirt marks) on the inside of the skirt hem which will not be seen when worn.

This piece is a well-made example of traditional craftsmanship, showcasing thoughtful embellishments and cohesive design elements.

This is a vintage lengha around 30 years and is in good condition for its age.
