Product detail – This is a vintage dupatta, around 30 years old, in yellow silk chiffon, hand embroidered along both long edges with large lily and paisley motifs in pink, lilac, sky blue and green thread. Each flower centre is filled with clusters of glass beads, and the paisleys are worked with a fine lattice of beading and feathered white stitching. Scattered smaller floral sprigs run across the plain body between the borders.
