The bag features a stunning multicoloured body with a horizontal lehriya style gradient in shades of emerald green, magenta, golden yellow, and turquoise, all woven with delicate vertical floral "bel" patterns. This rich palette is perfectly framed by a wide emerald green border at the top, which showcases a dense and intricate silver-gold floral jaal pattern characteristic of traditional Banarasi weaving. Designed for both beauty and durability, the tote is finished with sturdy matching brocade handles and a surprising pop of pink cotton lining. As a result, you may see the odd flaw or mark in some of the fabrics however we believe this just adds to the character of the items. As some of the fabrics have been unpicked and reused occasionally you may see evidence of previous seams. The fabrics are carefully reclaimed to minimise wastage and the product is very much handmade. Some of these bags feature elaborate embellishment work, for the most part this is intact however occasionally you may find the odd bead / sequin missing, anything very obviously noticeable will be mentioned in the description. 

Every bag size is different as we try and utilise the fabric as best we can. Please note that as these use mixed fabrics and a lot of them don’t have care labels hence it is difficult to provide washing instructions. If in doubt we recommend dry-cleaning for silks. Cottons can be gently hand cold washed
