Maroon Vintage Pure Silk Lengha - UK Size 12/EU Size 38 - New

The kameez is long sleeved and made of pure silk, it is embellished with little gold beads and has lots of fine gold thread work embroidery. It has hook and eye fastenings to the front and has loops and draw cords at the back to adjust the size.

The skirt is a full circle skirt which drapes from a dropped waist so you don’t get that bulkiness at your waist. It is elasticated with hook and eye fastenings to the side. The elastic will need to be replaced as it has perished a little so not as stretchy.

It comes with a pure silk dupatta finished with gold embroidery around the outer edges and small hand stitched single sequins. This is a vintage lengha, approx. 25 years old. Brand new and unworn.

Lengha skirt is also made of pure silk, it is cotton lined and has a wide gold zardosi trim all around the hem both front and back.

 
Dupatta is made of pure silk and is similarly embellished, it is also cotton lined to prevent snagging

This lengha set is around 30 years old and is in excellent condition.
